Warning Description: Snow Advisory
Warning Date: 3:07 PM CST on December 27, 2007
WarningSum:...Snow Storm To Affect The Area Friday...
Warning Message:...Snow Advisory in effect from 8 am to 6 PM CST Friday...
The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Snow
Advisory...which is in effect from 8 am to 6 PM CST Friday. The
Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.
3 to 6 inches of snow is expected to fall on Friday with the
highest amounts up along the Wisconsin state line. Snowfall rates
may be heavy at times with around a half inch to an inch falling
per hour...particularly between 11 am and 2 PM.
A Snow Advisory means that periods of snow will cause primarily
travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and
limited visibilities...and use caution while driving.
