January 1, 2007 This was the third of four structure fires that Station 9 responded to on January 1. This fire was spotted by Mill Hall Station 4 while responding on a transfer assignment. 9-2 responded and set up as a supply and attack engine. 9-2 crew along with crews from Engine 5-2 and Engine 4-12 mounted an interior attack but were pulled by command due to structure instability. 9-2's blitzfire was then deployed and put into service in a defensive operation. Engine 9-12 and Tanker 9-4 were released from the Chestnut Grove barn fire and responded as well. They participated in water supply.
