When you use this plan, you can ask questions such as:

I will provide information about how to perform specific tasks, what commands you need to use, and so on. (There's always more than one way to accomplish a task, so I may give more than one alternative.)
My specialty is Macros and Merges, but you are welcome to ask questions about other WordPerfect features also.
This support plan does not cover writing code for you, other than a few lines of sample code that you can adapt to your needs. If you request that I write code for you, the charge is $50.00 per hour (1 hour minimum).
When you use this service, you will be charged by the question. The charge is $20.00 per question.
If I don't have an answer, or if the problem you are having is a known problem without a work-around, I will tell you so, and you won't be charged.
Submit your questions via Email. This saves you telephone charges, and allows me to do some research before getting and answer to you. I can generally get back to you within 1 business day or less.
You can also submit questions by Snail Mail, but this method obviously takes much longer.
After I receive your question, I will send the answer via email, along with a confirmation of the charge.
There is an additional $5 charge if you wish to have your question answered by another means besides email.
Mail check or money order, in US funds, drawn on a US bank, via regular mail. I will attach my address and the amount due at the end of each answer you receive.
Payment is expected within a week of service. If your account goes over $40 (two questions) and I have not received payment, service will be suspended until payment is received.
Prepayments are welcome. If you think you'll be asking lots of questions, you can prepay if you like. Please don't prepay more than you think you'll use in a 3-month period.
