As we are a smaller business, in general all orders may require a 2-3 week waiting period for reordering and acclimation.

RETURN POLICY
We guarantee live arrival for all deliveries. You must be present to receive shipment or the live arrival guarantee is voided. We will send you a tracking number ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. You must email us within 1 hour of delivery to notify us of the DOA specimen and return it to us using the return procedures enclosed in your delivery. Return specimen package must be postmarked within 24 hours of the time of delivery. If all of these requirements are met, we will refund your money to your Paypal account. A 15% (of price paid for the item) return fee will be charged for each returned item.
