The Keyser Fire Department was recently named a recipient of the Gail Ash Award for the fourth time
.

It is with Sad regret that we announce the passing of Brian Moorehead 41 of Mccole MD.
Brian was a member of the MCcoole Volunteer Fire Company (Allegany, MD) and also
a 15 year veteran of the Keyser Volunteer Fire Company.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Family during this time of need.

the Keyser volunteer fire department responded to the Railsyde Tavern for a structure fire,
The Next day a second fire was reported with units arriving to find a working fire, Both fires were deemed as arson.

this is the fourth time the Keyser Fire Department
has earned this award.
