-migrated all Lotus Notes mail users to Microsoft Exchange 5.5.  Maintained period of co-existence for 3 months during migration.  Currently administering Exchange Server.

-responsible for 200+ desktops and three servers using Lotus Notes/Domino.  Notes used as primary email platform.  Also supported POP3 clients accessing email on Domino Servers, and POP3 clients using Netscape server.  Engineered email such that both Netscape email users and Lotus Notes email users could receive mail at our domain (mecasw.com).  Supported some mobile users.

-Developed varied databases for different departments.  Largest project was time sheet entry system.  Users entered time using either notes client or browser.  Data was then transferred in batch mode to Oracle 7.3.4 (NT) database.  Wrote transfer agents in Lotus Script using Oracle LSX (no longer supported, working on re-writing agents using DECS, first made available with release 4.63).  Authored reports using Crystal Reports querying Oracle Database.

-Administered firewall starting 3/98.  Using Gauntlet firewall 4.1 for BSD at first, then transitioned to Gauntlet firewall 5.5 for NT.  Supported all standard services such as http, ftp, telnet, smtp, Lotus Notes, and added custom proxies (usually plug proxies on high-numbered ports) as necessary.  Maintained policy document regarding firewall usage.

-web master for http://www.mecasw.com/.  Installed and maintained Netscape Enterprise Server on IRIX 6.5.3 SGI Origin 200 platform.  Made fixes to web site as necessary.  Maintained back-up web server.  Handled webmaster and postmaster email.
