Now I"m back to the same old problem with my left side.  I've begun seeing Dr. 
Robert Destephanno, DC, in Lodi, NJ.  He is an instructor in ART (active release technique). 
He is confident of getting me 80% of the way back to being healthy within 4-8 visits.  My 
exercises, although they seem to have accomplished the goal of stabilizing my back, have 
not been effective in releiving the near constant tightness I feel in my left psoas, ham, glute, and 
calf.
