the asshole.  I've been running workouts on tracks for 17 years. I think I know the rules. 
Faster runners have right of way in lane one.  Sprinters have lanes three and four. 
joggers and walkers in the outer lanes.  This is about the third time this has happened on this 
track.  Bruce Jenner Stadium at Newtown HS.  it's gotten too crowded. almost as bad as 
the track on the west side of manhattan (and that's really bad with fat idiots taking their power 
walks in lane one).  I'm switching back to Joel Barlow HS track in Redding.  In three years 
of running there, I made an Olympic Team, and never had a problem. just goes to prove: 
no matter how good you try to be, or how well you conduct yourself, there will always be 
ignoramuses out there who won't like you for whatever reason. 
too bad.  I really liked the Newtown track.  2 mile wd.
