We want you to join us in thanking Robert "Fun Guy"
Johnson for not only participating in a major event in our life, but
also accepting the extra responsibility in presiding over the special
ceremony. Josh and Robby first met during the start of freshman
year at Willamette University in Oregon, and hilarious situations
ensued. Robby is currently living in downtown Seattle.
Best Man: Jake
Dorr
Jake a.k.a. Lars was born when Josh was just about 3 years old,
and they have been a big part of each others lives ever
since. Josh and Lisa enjoyed having Jake close by in Davis while
he worked on his Masters, and also appreciated Lars and
Kendra's Hawaiian wedding in the summer of 2005. Lars and Kendra
will be moving to back to Boise, Idaho soon.
Maid of Honor:
Linette Griffith
Linette and Lisa are sisters and best friends.
Linette, her husband David, and their daughter Jessica continue to
support Lisa and Josh in all their adventures. We are thankful to
have them as a part of our everyday life and for participating in
our special day.
Groomsman:
Nick Brajcich
Josh and Nick met freshman year at Willamette University in
Oregon. Nick is currently paying the bills playing online
poker. Lisa and Josh have made a yearly visit to stay with Nick
and his fiancee, Jenna, in Beaverton, Oregon.
Bridesmaid:
Michele Limoges-Gonzalez
As the first born in the Limoges family, Michele has seen Lisa through
it all. Josh and Lisa have enjoyed spending time with Michele and
her husband Rick at their house in Sacramento, CA.
Groomsman:
Jeff Veatch
Jeff and Josh go all the way back to high school, and continued
their friendship in college where they were roommates. Jeff enjoys
games, road trips, baking, and cigars - though not necessarily in that
order. Jeff is currently living in the 'burbs outside Minneapolis,
working as "the computer guy."
Bridesmaid:
Angie Dorr
Josh and Angie are only one year apart in age, and have seen each other
through many adventures. Lisa and Josh have made the beautiful drive
back to Montana for the past few summers where they camped at Placid
Lake with Angie and the rest of the family. Angie just finished her
Masters in physical therapy and is now living in Maryland.
Groomsman:
Paul Scott
Paul and Josh met at Willamette University and even got to spend
more time together when Paul and his wife Leah lived in the Bay Area
for a couple years. The Scotts were always up for entertaining
Josh in his bachelor life. Paul, Leah, and their daughter Madeline live
outside Seattle.
Bridesmaid:
Ericka Alexander
Ericka is Josh's youngest sister and Jake's twin. Josh and
Ericka were able to share speech and debate road trips together in high
school. Now they enjoy fiesty debates around the camp fire.
Ericka and her daughter Megan live in Durham, North Carolina.
Groomsman:
Tyler Gibbs
Josh originally met Tyler on a trip up to Seattle with
Robby. After college, Tyler and Josh found an apartment in
the city together, and lived there for 3 years. They still manage
to play basketball together from time to time. Tyler and his
fiancee Julie still live in the city.
Bridesmaid:
Jessica Griffith
Lisa was just about to get her driver's license when Jessi
made her an aunt for the first time. Jessi was only 7 when Lisa
moved out here, so they have really been more like sisters. It
has been such a joy to watch her grow up in front of us. Lisa,
Josh, and Jessi like to escape for weekend journies around the bay.
Groomsman:
Tony Limoges
Tony is Lisa's closet sibling in age and there has been an on-going
competition to see who can get the other to laugh the hardest.
Josh and Lisa have treasured their time 'out on the farm', where Tony
hopes to start his own moonshine operation . . . with a single grape
vine. Tony,
his wife Nicki, and their daughter, Tessa live in the Napa Valley area
in Hidden
Valley Lake.
Bridesmaid:
Nicki Limoges
Nicki is married to Lisa's brother Tony. She has been like a
sister to Lisa since they met for the first time many years ago when
her and Tony were just dating. In fact Lisa warned her the night
before their wedding, "you can still get out . . . we'll still love
you"!
Flower Girl:
Megan Alexander
Megan is Josh's niece, and Ericka's daughter. She is
currently in the first grade, and Josh and Lisa have loved watching her
grow up. They have spent summer vacations together camping in
Montana, and one christmas in the Bay Area when Santa came early!
Bride's Attendant: Erin
Maras
Erin a.k.a. Mars met Lisa in 7th
grade when they played volleyball against each other on rivaling home
town teams. Freshman year their relationship grew as they
were
roommates at Mankato
State University. Josh and Lisa enjoy
Erin's regular visits from Sioux
Falls.
Bride's Attendant: Lisa
Neff
Lisa
Neff worked and lived with Lisa during
college. It was always a challenge answering a call for 'Lisa' at
their house. Lisa, Reed and the four children they have together
live in Glenn Allen,
Alaska
where the Bride loves to visit.
