Sporting Events and Competitions


Images captured during the event will be avaiable in one or two ways, depending upon the event:

1. Displayed at the event and prepaid orders taken at that time.
• Photos and/or Photo CD will be mailed to the name and address provided.
• A shipping charge of $2.00 will be applied to each order to offset packaging and postage charges.
• Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
2. Uploaded to a website gallery or galleries.
• Prints and other photo products may be ordered directly from the web and shipped directly to you

Pricing for sporting events and competitions will be sold at special Sports Event Pricing.

The Photo CD will include copyright permission plus un-retouched images of a specific individual, or related family members.  For some events, the Photo CD will instead include reduced size, un-retouched images from the entire or select portions of the event or competition.



Family, Community, or Other Events (excluding weddings)

$ 75  per hour, 2 hour minimum, within about 40 miles of Huntsville, AL
Beyond 40 miles, an additional minimum charge of  $20 per event will be added to cover travel.

Includes:

•    Approximately 100 to 200 digital candids, individual, and/or group shots for the two hour session, depending upon complexity.
•    Photo CD of all the original, un-retouched images plus copyright permission.
•    Website gallery of the same un-retouched images.
• Prints and other photo products may be ordered directly from the web at low cost and shipped to you.

Professional digital processing, retouch, and format photos of your choice is available for a nominal fee.
