This brand new single standing town home is within walking distance to downtown, yet it is in a quiet and secluded residential neighborhood. The main level has a gourment kitchen, spacious dining area, large great room (with sleeper sofa and entrance to the large deck off the front of the house), a laundry room and half bath as well as a two car garage. Also on the main level is a master suite with sitting area and entrance to the private deck. The second level has a large loft area with tv and bar, a second master suite with an additional couch that will pull out to a converta-bed, a queen bedroom with attached jack and jill bath to the 4th bedroom with a bunk bed with full futon sleeper on the lower half. There is plenty of space and sleeping areas for one large family or two smaller ones. With beautifully appointed furnishings, this can be your home away from home.

All stays less than 4 nights will incur a $70 cleaning fee. There is a 4 night minimum from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Also, please call or email for holiday rates and restrictions.
