Welcome to My Home
Page!
Welcome! My name is John Moore. I am a retired Army
Officer. I served with A Troop 3rd Squadron,
4th
Cavalry, 25th Infantry Division at Cu Chi, Vietnam. "Lead
Five Alpha" was my radio call sign at the Army's National Training Center at Ft.
Irwin, California. The National Training Center is the primary
reason the Army performed so well in the Persian Gulf War. My
interests are genealogy, history, western movies, and my 64
Impala.
I am retired and live in Tucson, Arizona. It is a great
place to live. After a 20 year Army career I taught sixth grade for
20 years at DeGrazia
Elementary School. This school provides students with a great
education. I have also done genealogy work for the Laurel
Co., KY GenWeb. I have a BA from Northwestern
State University in
Louisiana and a MA from the University
of Arizona. Use the menus
above to visit my family and my website. Enjoy your visit!
