Corporate dissolution and fraud On January 22, 2007, the Illinois Appellate Court, in a one hundred page decision, affirmed the trial judge's decision to dissolve a long-established cooperative housing corporation for the directors' and officers' illegal, fraudulent, and oppressive acts perpetrated against my clients, who were ten members of the 79-member cooperative. The clients will receive deeds to their homes and property, shares of the proceeds from the cooperative's common property after it is sold, and damages for fraud.  (Ill.
