JoAnn Carter

JoAnn lives in Vermont with her wonderful husband of 14 years, four children, and Ginger, their dog. JoAnn loves to be with her family & friends, write, read, and cook. She's a Licensed Practical Nurse, but currently not working in the medical field. Rather, to be home for her children, she has chosen to work as a subsititute teacher which she fully enjoys.
