Research Objective
My research is concerned with the development of techniques for digital image analysis. My primary focus is on the use of multiscale and multiresolution image representations created by morphological and other nonlinear filtering methods. Applications include 2D, 3D, and multispectral image segmentation, machine vision, and video target tracking for biomedical research automation.
