Outer Banks Beach Home
Completed in May of 2009, our beach home is located in Southern Shores,
on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
The Old Nags Head style home was designed by Jeff Sawyer of Sea Swept Design and was built by Todd Coyle Construction, LLC. We highly recommend both of these gentlemen, should you be looking to have your own dream home constructed.
Our home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a game/recreation room with wetbar and flatscreen TV, swimming pool and screened porch. Equiped with a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, cooking will be a breeze on those days that the family doesn't feel like visiting one of the many fine restaurants in the area.
It is located along Sea Oats Trail and is a short walk to the beach. The lot sits in a very quiet part of the Outer Banks, where many locals choose to reside. It is also convenient to the shops and restaurants of Duck, Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills. Cape Hatteras National Seashore is a short drive away and several quality golf courses are easily accessed from the home.
