Men's room?

This was taken on a very mild day in December of 2001. It is located in the back of the Philadelphia Police Water Patrol building along side the Schuylkill River here in Philadelphia. There is pretty heavy traffic on the other side of the building with joggers, bicyclist and inline skaters. There are also parking lots on either side of this building. Little did i know that anyone would spot me taking the photo. It really is blind luck that no one on a bike or running needed to use the facilities. It was broad daylight, but very over cast, so i did use a flash which glared on my glasses. I set up the camera and stripped down to just shorts. I clicked the auto timer, threw my shorts into the restroom and posed. Oops, i forgot i had that bandanna on my head. I like to be naked from head to foot, or i don’t feel naked. Then a man came my way as i was zipping up my fly, from one of the parking lots. He asked what i was doing. He seemed ok, so i told him i was taking a Naked Dare photo. I assumed he saw me and he seemed ok with it, though a bit amused. I just thought, this could have been a Police Dare too, but i’ll do that later.
