Hello, hello?:

This probably is not the boldest Phone Dare, but there were some things that made it scary. It was taken near the spot where I took my Bottom Dare. This parking lot is along a road and a running/bicycling path that runs along the Schulykill River. I was at that river for the Bottom Dare on a totally different day. The other thing is that a woman was sitting in that car in the background. I waited hanging out under some trees to see if she was just having a lunch break and might leave soon, but she just sat there. I only had a dark brown towel wrapped around me at the time. I decided to take a chance and see if she might not notice me. She would have had to glance in her rearview mirror to see me. I got over there with the tripod and took a couple shots with the towel on to see how it looked. I then dropped the towel and took this one. I wondered back to the trees and watched. That is when she started up the car and left. It made me think "Did she see me and decide to get the heck out of there?" I’ll never know.

I took this the same day as I took the Statue Dare.
