Back Again!:
I was riding out past the Museum of Art, on one of the last really warm days of the year [10 Oct. 03], when I saw that the ad for the most recent exhibit had been changed and it said "Shocking!" Well, even though it was the beginning of rush hour and there was a lot of traffic, I thought I have just got to get a photo with that sign. I waited quite a few minutes for just the right moment. The traffic would be moving if I waited for the lights to change. Though I also had to make sure there were no bicyclists, runners or walkers coming by. People on foot or on a bicycle are more apt to see you. I got a chance and just did it. It’s the same sign that I took at night for my original Advertising Dare. I love the trolley bus of tourists in the background.
The Panorama shot shows the whole area at about the same time of day [3:08 pm]. The blue line and the road in reality are straight. It only looks curved because i stitched 6 photos together. See the Panorama shot below my name. You can see the sign and the traffic -sort of- how i saw it.
Take care and get bare if you dare,,
Joey Blue
