There was traffic:

This dare was taken on 24 Aug. 2004 at 6:02 pm. There was a road at the base and one at the top of this staircase. I had to watch for more than just traffic. The traffic at the top could not see me, but the cars and bicycles going by at the bottom worried me. I watched very carefully and took about three shots. I cut off my head on one and the other was too light. This one came out fine. I know i was seen by a woman bicyclist going by. She literally stared at me. I'm not sure if i was able to avoid being seen by the car and truck drivers going by. It was really cool doing this dare.
