I'm still catching up on last years dares. I did a lot of different dares on 6 Sept. 2004. This one was supposed to be where there are surveillance cameras in clear view. This is behind where i did my ATM dare. The pavement i'm standing on is the access to the bank and the ATM. People come driving through here all the time. They also come driving up to the bank to my right and park on the street. I would have been in clear view of anyone driving or walking. Sometimes you got to just take a chance that no one will approach and hope for the best. The cameras were positioned so that they could not see me. I loved the exhilaration of doing this dare!
