Summary of Experience:


Professional architectural construction specifier, since 1989, researching and writing construction specifications, developing master specifications, and engaging in special projects and technical consulting related to building enclosure systems; interior environmental issues; moisture management; product and system development; and forensic investigations.

Primary work experience is in public sector projects and in historic renovation.

Worked nearly 27 years with Bassetti Architects in Seattle, Washington; retiring October 2005.

Opened new practice as Jeffcott Architects, LLC, in January 2006.
