This page has some recent, and not so recent, information that you might
be interested in. Don't expect much in the way of cool looking content.
I am a software engineer, not a Web designer.

Employment
I am an employee of
Global Crossing.
I manage a small team of software developers in the Conferencing division of
the company based in Westminster, Colorado. My team maintains/extends/supports
the reservations/billing systems for our videoconferencing products.
I have been working with the company for about ten years. When I started
working, at that time at the Boulder office, the company was called Frontier
Videoconferencing. Frontier Communications, the parent company of Frontier
Videoconferencing, was purchased by Global Crossing in the Fall of 1999.
If you are interested in teleconferencing or videoconferencing, I suggest
you look into
Global Crossing Conferencing.

Education
I am a graduate of the
Computer Science department
at the
University of California, Los Angeles. Although I left campus in
March of 1997, it wasn't until May of 1999 that I filed my Master's Thesis.
My graduate work was done on the
Travler Research Project.
The Travler project created a replicated file-system,
Rumor,
which can be used on SunOS and Linux machines.
My graduate project was to transform the system into an
operating system independent package.
