Style: Contemporary Christian, Gospel, Blues Marvin Whiteman, a native of Wellsburg West Virginia, is a piano player and a vocalist. He has been exclusively in the music ministry for the past ten years. Prior to that, he worked for the International Christian Braille Mission in Charleston, WV. He now sings and performs for revivals, vacation Bible schools, Christian camps, churches, concerts, and nursing homes. He has written a few of his own songs, and re-arranged some traditional hymns. Marv has been married to his wife, Ruth for 28 years. They have a son, Allan who is married and practicing optometry in Colorado.
