After a few years without keeping a journal I have decided to give my blog another shot. I have enjoyed reading my friends' blogs and realized it is a nice way to keep tabs on people, plus it is a nice diversion to write a post every now and then. But will anyone read this? Who cares.

After two years of talking about it, we finally have our fence. What a difference it has made in making our back yard more private and enjoyable. I am really looking forward to spending time back there this summer.
