CTKA, or the Citizens for Truth about the Kennedy Assassination, once published Probe, perhaps the best of the 1990's-era journals on the subject. I am the "webmaster" of the CTKA site.
I don't recommend many JFK-oriented web sites, but I can recommend the Deep Politics Forum.
I can recommend The Education Forum, too, which has a JFK section

Also, please see this interview with Kerry McCarthy that I conducted back in 1999. Kerry McCarthy was JFK's cousin.
