Yeah, yeah, yeah. So this is yet another website with still more bloody MIDI files? Well, it's true ... and you might even find one or two that are well-done. The first link above gets you to the MIDI files, which is the whole point of all this. The second provides some links to some excellent MIDI sites ... I would have the files here, but it makes more sense to refer you to the artists' own sites. The final link is my admission of guilt for all this.

Recently, the music industry lobby and the music copyright licensing agencies have been taking a very hard line with anything published on the web, including non-profit hobbyist websites. More on this at this link: MIDI, copyright, the web, and democracy -- including what we as consumers and artists can do about this sorry situation.

But until we get some slack in intellectual property laws, this site will contain only MIDI files based on original compositions, or arrangements of tunes that are clearly in the public domain, such as folk and classical.

This site is a non-commercial, non-profit endeavor built by the lovingly donated labor of the webworker (who is a member of CSEA on his day job). There will be no advertisements and no cookies. Nor will I sell any email addresses to slimy bulk-email operators, or anyone else, for that matter.
