WEEKLY RENTALS STILL AVAILABLE FOR 2009

Weeks are traditionally from Saturday to Saturday, however flexibility exists during off-peak seasons.  Also, 9-day packages (containing 2 weekends) are available for some weeks – call for pricing.  9-day package is from Fri eve to Sun eve (not available in July & August).

WEEKEND OFF-SEASON RENTALS

Rates are $250 for the whole weekend from Friday evening until Sunday evening (holidays extra).  Extra days can be added for $75 each to create a long weekend get-away.  Advance notice is needed for booking a stay.  Weekend rentals are not available during the summer season.

 

 

Clean and spacious single oceanside home.  One block back from the beach in a great neighborhood.  Located in a family oriented residential area - sleeps up to 6; 2-bedrooms, 1.5-indoor baths (plus enclosed outside shower), full kitchen (w/ microwave & coffee maker), roomy living/dining room, secluded outside deck (left side - not shown), front outside sitting porch (shown), back yard area, plenty of off-street parking.  Walk to Acme, movies, ice cream shop, the bay, and of course the beach.  The lifeguard stand is located right at our street.  (The street has a public beach sitting deck with handicap beach access & handicap beach parking.)

Amenities: Beach Badges, Beach Chairs, Cable Color TV, VHS Player/Recorder and a large assortment of movies, A/C Available, Ceiling Fans in all bedrooms, Gas Heat, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Appliances, Cookware, Silverware, New Bedding, Pillows, Mattress Pads, Blankets, Bedspreads, Iron/Board, Vacuum, Outside Shower, Outside Clothes Line, Outdoor Barbecue Grill, Deck. Telephone service available when requested in advance.

 

We apologize that pets cannot be accommodated in order to ensure comfort for our guests with pet allergies.  Must be 25 or over (and staying for the rental duration) to sign lease.  As is traditional with LBI rentals, guests are to leave house clean upon departure and in move-in condition for the next guests.  We ensure cleanliness for your stay by personally and thoroughly checking the property prior to every guest’s arrival.
