Heavy Trucks
Heavy trucks, for me, rank right up there with railroads as a photographic interest. I catch and photograph them wherever I can, without being too obtrusive. Three samples follow.
Here is a group of new Kenworth W900s fresh from the factory in 2005 before they had been put into service.

This is a Kenworth W900L loading apples at Tieton, WA in 2006 Sixty-four bins brings this rig right up to its 105,500 pound GVW.

Two Kenworths, this one pulling and one pushing, moved a 100 ton expansion joint for the new Tacoma Narrows Suspension Bridge from Spokane to Tacoma in April of 2007.

More truck pictures can be seen by selecting Photos on this site, and also by going to Links and selecting my flickr site.
