Newly renovated 2000 sq. foot, single family, fully furnished home in Lake Harmony Estates, Lake Harmony, PA (The Poconos). 4 bedrooms + 1 big loft (5th bedroom) and 2.5 baths. House is equipped with enough beds (not sofas or sleeper sofas) to sleep 13 very comfortably. House is very clean, well kept and has many new renovations, furnishings and improvements. Our home offers two separate living areas one upstairs and one downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms, a big deck, family room/game area, wet bar, and a full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, another family room, access to the upper deck, and a full bathroom. Then on the 3rd floor there is a big open loft overlooking the second floor family room and kitchen with 3 beds and a half bathroom.

There are also 5 TVs (32", 27", 27", 27", 20") with full cable, one VCR, one DVD/VCR combo player, one Xbox video game system with 12 games and two controllers, a new fooseball table, wet bar, and stereo. On the lower deck relax and enjoy our new 7 person 28 jet hot tub. A new Kenmore gas grill and new 12 piece patio furniture set sitting on the big upper deck rounds out the outside of the house for spring, summer and fall grilling and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Poconos. You can see the ski trails of Big Boulder Ski Mountain from the upper deck!



** PROFILE FOR OUR WILDWOOD, NJ BEACH HOME **

Brand New fully furnished 2005 oversized Townhome in Wildwood, NJ 2 blocks from the beach and the famous Morey's Pier. Our house offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, heated pool, hot tub, and parking for 2 cars (one garaged). We have enough beds and other accommodations throughout the house to sleep and support 10 people very comfortably (no pull out couches or sleeper sofas).

The first floor consists of laundry room/storage room and small general area. Second floor consists of a half bath, oversized family room with a 53 inch big screen rear projection TV w/ DVD, stereo, full kitchen, eating area, access to the pool and hot tub area. The third floor consists of one bedroom with 2 full beds, Master bedroom with a queen sized bed, its own full bathroom, a 27" TV, and there is another full bathroom located in the hallway. The 4th floor consist of a significantly oversized bedroom with 2 futon/bunk beds, huge walk-in closet, 27" TV with an Xbox w/10 Xbox games for the kids.

Outside the Townhome there is a private grass area with 2 gas grills and picnic benches to sit, eat, and enjoy the nice weather. There will also be an outside shower installed within the next 6 months. All furnishings in our townhome are brand new.

** ACTIVITIES FOR POCONO HOME IN LAKE HARMONY **

Our home is one mile to Big Boulder Ski Mountain, less than 3 miles to Jack Frost Ski Mountain, and 25 minutes to Camelback Ski Mountain and Camel Water park (largest water park in PA) for summer fun. We are also 20 minutes to the very popular POCONO RACEWAY!

The Poconos are an extremely popular time in the summer as well!! In the summer our home offers full access to Lake Harmony that offers a PRIVATE life guarded beach with swimming/boating/jet skiing that is 1 minute away. Camel Water park is 15 minutes away and Knobles Amusement Park is less than 45 minutes away.

We are within minutes to all major activites held throughout the year: outlet shopping, restaurants, most popular nightlife attractions(Shenanigans, Nicks), ski lodge, wine festivals, art festivals, concerts, and much more.

Other Activities within minutes: Hiking, biking, golf, tennis, basketball, fitness center, horseshoes, miniature golf, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, rafting, snowmobiling, sledding, petting zoo, parks, horseback riding.



** ACTIVITIES FOR OUR WILDWOOD, NJ BEACH HOME **

The beach and Moreys Pier are only 2 blocks away. This provides you and your guests with a very short commute to enjoying the fun, food, and games, of the famous Wildwood boardwalk and various waterslides, roller coasters, go karts, bumper cars, etc. on Morey's Pier. This also provides you and your guests with a very short commute to enjoying the FREE Wildwood beaches that offer wave riding, sun and lots of fun.

We are also minutes to the Wildwood Convention Center, 1/2 block to North Wildwood, and a short walking distance to many nice restaurants/bars, stores, shopping, deli, basketball courts, miniture golf, internet cafe, and a park.
