There are literally hundreds of saints in the Church calendar. Saint Aloard, of course, is very important: his feast day, July 1, is a major holiday, and it is said to be good luck to whisper a prayer to him when passing a well. (It is even better luck to drop a coin or trinket into a well, naturally.) A few other major saints include:
