IF YOU ONLY KNEW HOW........
If you only knew what it meant to carry yourself with “balanced hips” you could lock in your pelvis like athletes do and unleash new power in every movement you made. You’d be on your way to developing that massive, attention grabbing, power-sustaining group of muscles you normally just sit on. Modesty forbids me to use the current crude word for those body parts, BUT I’m sure you take my meaning.…Okay,,,,,,,Okay, I’ll tell you just this one thing. If this is truly a “natural” way of body management then you should immediately be able to see it in the people around you. (If you get yourself slapped.....you’re on your own, I’ll deny everything.....)
First, you don’t balance the hips “side-to-side”. The tricky “secret” here is that they must be balanced “front-to-back”. It’s the job of the gluteous muscles to do this. Some folks think you just walk with them, but you don’t. (not if you’re a “:warrior-wannabee”... .Natural warriors walk with their hips.......whoops....I’m giving away too much here.....) Anyway, refer to my art....the guy sitting down (next page)....he has “tucked” his bottom under him. One way to do this is to stand, engergize the muscles that lock in the balanced pelvis apparatus, and then sit down without “de-energizing” or “de-programming” the glutes. Then, push down hard on the seat of the chair to push your body upward and—-Viola!......you are sitting at your desk exercising without exercises.......…
Look at people around you, when you find someone, man or woman, who does this correctly, they will be seen to be sitting on their bottom, their weight falling halfway between the hip and the knee, and their bottom and their legs will be so fully developed that though they are shorter than you, when sitting they may well be “taller” than you.......
There, see, we did it. Now if you did this you could end up stronger, but you’d probably have the athlete’s “pot-belly”. You would not be energizing the second zone that extends from the “bottom” upward. Also, though you would probably be breathing better, you would not be using your upper body as a “bench press” exercise weight and would not be building the awesome, sleek muscle that makes the back and neck so full and athletic looking. You wouldn’t yet know the “key” to the whole system: how you focus on and lock up one group of muscle that essentially “forces” the body to exercise itself gently, steadily, 24 hours a day. Knowing this frees up your mind. You don’t have to monitor large, complex muscle groups.
Remember, the massive thug who “mugs” you is very strong,
even though he can barely walk and chew gum as the same time. So this isn’t rocket science, folks, but if you don’t know and use the whole system you only get part of the result. You’ll soon learn to recognize which part of the system certain “naturally” fit people aren’t using, and see why they fall short of power and physical perfection because of it.Once you have energized the three major zones, and have been taught to recognize good breathing.......Yeah, there are many ways of breathing taught in Yoga, Karate, Ballet, Singing,,,,,you name it. This “way” is a whole lot simpler......It just forces you to breathe “costally” like wild animals do. It may well be the “secret” that allow apes, lions and tigers to remain fit, and very, very powerful, even when caged for years because, along with the other “systems” it rigorously exercises the muscles that “support” powerful, athletic, graceful movement using the ordinary muscle groups we all use everyday in an extra-ordinary way.
A perfectly natural way......animals use it by instinct. Unfortunately, or fortunately, we have been given the power to choose or not to choose to use it.
Course, an important part of choosing something is, you have to understand it first........
And, along with your understanding, understand this: THERE AIN’T NO FREE LUNCH, BABY.........MUSCLE REQUIRES EXERCISE TO GROW STRONG, TONED, FIT.....
If you choose to learn this way, the way nature designed to keep you in shape, you’ll still be exercising. You’ll simply be gentling down and extending that exercise to become steady, gentle exercise 24 hours a day, so that, when you get “in shape” you’ll scarcely be aware of what you’re doing, just like those other, irritating “natural” warriors do.......
Nature didn’t make them superior to you. You’ve chosen to make yourself inferior to them.

Whose aura and influence is irresistible, whose confidence radiates from them like a halo........and think.......did they stumble on these habits of body management by accident?,,,,,,,,Or did they treat them selves to a copy of WARRIOR’S WAY? Does It matter? You can get there either way. And if you think you’re already there wouldn’t it be nice to know how to avoid “losing it” as so many great, athletic looking people do, as they get older.........
