I work for Schering Plough in their allergy group, specifically I study biological membrane mass transport and measure the affect drugs have on the transport properties of respiratory airway epithelia. Knowledge of the mechanisms these drugs activate in the tissue should lead to better treatment regimens for diseases such as asthma and cystic fibrosis.
In my spare time I enjoy scuba diving and when the weather is nice I like to drive my '65 mustang and fly model airplanes
If you happen to be looking for a chemical engineer to fill a bio-medical or pharmaceutical position take a look at my C.V..
