AoC Ordnance Department
The Army of the Cumberland Ordnance Department was created on April 5th, 2008 on the authority and direction of General David Danner to provide timely information on the equipments and devices used by the officer corps of the AoC in the field, and to make available current listings of all game ordnance currently issued to each command. Officers are directed to make themselves knowledgable of each published circular as it becomes available and to promptly respond to all requests for equipments verification as required.
In addition, all officers are requested to notify this department whenever their game ordnance collection should change by reason of addition or deletion within one week of the event. All such notifications should be made by e-mail dispatch to Maj. Gen. Joseph Meyer, Acting Chief of Ordnance (2/XIV/AoC).
