Hi Girls.

Well, you can use any part of this message (and future messages) you wish for your website. Quotes, paraphrase, or nothing at all.

We left MI at around 10:30am on 9/12 after filling the tank with gas, buying a quart of oil, and a bag of ice.

We made it all the way to North Bend before we made our first pit stop. Mom needed a Dairy Queen sundae to relieve her packing anxiety. Unfortunately, the Dairy Queen had been replaced by a Burger King.

Mom changed her Sunday craving to a cinnamon roll or a donut, so we drove all over the discount mall looking for a shop and wound up buying something from a mini-mart right next to the Burger King.

It was worth the effort because Mom calmed down quite a bit.

We then proceeded East eating and gasing up in Ephrata. We then stopped at the Dry Falls (picture with Mom) formed during the last ice age.

We went on to Grand Coulee Dam for a tour and spent the night near the airplane at Fairchild Air Force Base.

Today was spent shopping for stuff at the exchange and driving on to Butte, MT where we whimped out and are spending the night at a Comfort Inn.

While driving through Spokane, we spent a lot of time looking for a T-Mobile Hot Spot without success. Is wireless all that practical for us? We'll wait and see.

We're happy you guys are solving all your problems with teh good sense we tried to give you.

We do miss you, and are going through a little separation anxiety ourselves.

PS - I'm also attaching a photo Mom took of a road sign in Montana.
