Artist Comments:

I began painting in oils many years ago. Painting in acrylics seemed to be a natural progression for me.

During trips to France in 2001 and 2003, the French countryside rekindled my interest in this water-based medium, as it is so close to oil paints.

This still life subject matter seemed to go together well with acrylic paints.
