As an author and illustrator of several
books for children, Joy offers lively and interactive programs
for pre-schoolers and children ages 5 to 11 that highlight
writing, illustration and family genealogy. Programs include
"From Facts to Fiction" about the writing process of
historical fiction; "My Story - Your Story" detailing
the importance of oral history for children and their families;
"The Picture Person" which discusses the role of the
illustrator and "Jewish Books for Kids" highlighting
Shabbat, family and ancient Israel. Chose one or any
combination of programs that suit your needs.

honorarium:
$150.00 for individual programs; $500.00
for a full day (up to 4 programs) plus travel expenses.
