I paint "people-centric" paintings with real passion. We each identify differently with the scenes and subjects. I capture the essense of the people while allowing them their privacy. Some could be easily identified by those who know them well, others are deliberately ambiguous, allowing us to project ourselves into the scene. Especially endearing, scenes with children playing, evoke joy and nostalgia for young and old alike.
