I've never been attracted to Navaho silver work, mostly because turquoise doesn't do much for me. I first saw Hopi work in Colorado in the mid 80's and loved it for it's clean, simple lines. I now own several pieces, mostly belt buckles.

This is the first piece of silverwork I bought. I found it in Colorado in 1983. It's still my favorite buckle.

I bought this is arm band with some reluctance and embarassment. Had to get over the idea of a "bracelet". It's actually pretty cool.

I bought this watch band in 1994. The band cost more than the watch.

This bolo sat in a shop in Eagle River, WI for 6 or 8 years. I don't wear bolo ties so I passed it up everytime I saw it. I finally bought it, took the bolo slides off and put it on my paddling hat.
