Thanks for visiting my website. Since 2003 I have been writing the ‘Ask the Tri Doc’ column-first for Inside Triathlon and now for Triathlete Magazine. I have also been a contributor to Triathlete Magazine’s printed version and am a regular writer for beginnertriathlete.com

 

In my off-line life I am an emergency room physician at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. I actively train and participate in triathlon and have completed two Ironman races to date along with innumerable halfs, olympic distances and sprints.

 

I am currently acting as the assistant medical director for the Denver Post Colfax marathon
