Face On (Or Nearly Face On) Galaxies

| The La Scala 228 F/9 APO refractor is not the ideal deep sky imaging platform and I personally have always had a personal interest in the planets. However, since fools rush in where angles fear to tread, I do image deep sky objects and this page illustrates that I keep on keepin on and I am slowly demonstrating the refractor is okay for deep sky imaging. As tI keep trying, the images get a little better and do justice to this fine refractor. |
