Schornack Racing, the existing “Royal Bobcat” and “Royal Conversion Specialists,” today announced their final decision on a new GTO.  The 2009-2010 Milt Schornack – ULTIMATE BOBCAT GTO.   In an effort to fulfill the dreams of anyone wanting to have a Royal conversion that will put their car into the 21st century and convince the pundits that there is a way to make your car go “GREEN”.

Schornack imagines a classic GTO with all the comforts and reliability of new Aluminum heads, fuel injection, Rodney Red radiator, 17 inch wheels, 4 wheel disc brakes, a Tremec 600 5 speed, or automatic overdrive transmission, a 12 bolt posi rear end and Herb Adams suspension upgrades that is perfect for driving to work on those nice summer days or making a 12 second run down the ¼ mile, and slated to get over 20 mpg in 5th gear.

Schornack conceived the idea himself to perpetuate the Royal GTO models of the past and immortalize the Royal GTO’s  into the History books by announcing an offering of this new “Futuristic  Technology” to owners of GTO’s that want to convert.

Schornack has completed the artwork on a new highly visible exterior badge for the car to distinguish it from all other Bobcats, including one for the glove compartment door.

Living legend Milt Schornack is the project manager whose leadership in creating this new model provides the opportunity of a lifetime for the select few Ultimate Bobcats that can be built during this very short time in History.

The world’s first prototype, a 66 Fontaine Blue GTO convertible owned by Chris Boland is being transformed right now by 25 yr prototype specialist Chuck Schneider with the help of Motor City Muscle’s Mike Henderson, Herb Adams and Milt Schornack.  Completion date for this first car will be Spring 2009.  After the prototype is complete Milt will be touring with the car to shows, and will be taking orders for cars to transform.  This Ultimate Bobcat edition would be perfect for any year GTO.
