If you choose to obtain services by telephone or Internet (beyond an initial free consultation), you must read and then email or fax back the ONLINE CONSENT FORM, followed by submission of credit card or PayPal payment.
Regular hourly session fees are presently $85 per hour. Sessions vary in length.
Flexible fees and discounts may be offered based upon need and occasional specials. For clients meeting mental health diagnostic criteria, therapy may be covered by insurance plans that include out-of-network mental health care (e.g. PPO). Your initial consultation over the phone is FREE. Please note that when you schedule an appointment you are reserving a block of time with a professional. If you cannot make your appointment and fail to provide timely notice, you are still obligated to pay for the session time, as you are taking time from the professional and from other clients who could have received services in the time you had reserved for yourself. Please only schedule therapy sessions if you are intent on following through with this commitment to enhance your life and foster your well-being. Your responsibility and consideration are appreciated. Self-pay clients are encouraged to provide advance payment for each session to reinforce commitment toward the healing process. Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more in advance of your appointment time or you are responsible for that session fee. Also, clients are encouraged to be aware that most services are available via phone as well as in person, so if distance or transportation are issues then you may wish to opt for sessions by phone. Jed serves the entire S. Florida area, having worked with clients and students from areas that include Homestead, Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, West Kendall, Pinecrest, Coral Gables, South Miami, Coconut Grove, Doral, Hialeah, Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Miramar, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Ft. Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Lake Worth, & Delray Beach. Jed has also provided healing support and training to persons from across the USA as well as Europe, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
