 From the Bylaws, Article VIII, Section 8:


"The Benevolence Committee (a) in coordination with the Treasurer,
shall present to the membership formal recommendations for donations;
and (b) shall carry out the applicable Standing Policies in the event of
the illness or death of a Club member or a person
in a member's immediate family."
