We are writing to express our appreciation for the many ways you have supported our students throughout the year. You have been the most steadfast of our students' benefactors, and we are truly grateful.

With your help, we have been able to provide backpacks and school supplies to our students in need. Through your cash donations, we have been able to provide clothing or shoes to students during difficult times in their families. This was especially helpful when we had a brother and sister who lost their home to a fire. Volunteers from your organization have provided many hours of assistance to our staff. You have our heartfelt gratitude. We hope to hear from you next year.

The funds and supplies that are donated are managed by the counselor to match them with students in greatest need. If you have any questions, feel free to contact her.

It is so difficult for students to do their best in school when they have trouble seeing the board or the book they are reading. Many of our parents struggle to provide food, clothing, housing, medical care, etc., and although they care deeptly about their children's welfare, sometimes in the whole picture of things glasses are regarded as a luxury they can not afford. Through your compassionate efforts, a little boy and a little girl at Carroll Elementary School will have a greater chance of succeeding in school and in their interactions with the world around them.
