The following lists of print and web resources are a work in progress, and  are highly selective, since the topic covered is huge.  Works and sites listed are typically in English, though much valuable material exists in French and German.  The lists will be updated with additional resources from time to time, and entries will be annotated as time permits. Please use the titles listed here only as a starting point,  and don't hesitate to let me know if there's a title or web site you'd particularly like to see listed here!
