-Go at your own pace.
-The class takes about one hour and ten minutes.
-Bring a mat, ball (soccer size), light weights (optional), water bottle and YOUR SENSE OF HUMOR!
Song 1 - Run / March - Very low intensity. Gradually gets heart rate up
Song 2 - Warm-up / Slow stretching
Song 3 - Arms with light weights - Upper body strengthening (weights opt.)
Song 4 - Arms without weights - Upper body toning
Song 5 - Low intensity aerobics
Song 6 - Medium intensity aerobics
Song 7 - Medium / High intensity aerobics (Go at your own pace)
*Break* 2-3 minutes. Students walk to music, get more water, etc. Keep movin'!
Song 8 - Medium intensity aerobics
Song 9 - Low intensity aerobics
Song 10 - Pre-cool down - Emphasis on legs while standing
Song 11 - Low intensity sit ups - Ball used.
Song 12 - Emphasis on legs while lying on mat
Song 13 - Cool down - Slow stretching on mat
