On March 5, 2007 Diane "Dee" Louise Kelsey Everett Carhart of Forestdale, MA lost her life in a three car accident. Christopher Parker, also of Forestdale, will be charged with vehicular homicide. This blog is a tribute to her as we strive to make sure Mr. Parker, who has 4 previous DWI convictions, is never allowed on the road again.
Please join us and help to strengthen the Massachusetts DWI/OUI laws, especially where they apply to repeat offenders.

Mr. Parker has had more then 5 chances....Thanks to him Diane didn't have any.
