I've decided to re-work my site pretty much from scratch, so please bear with me while I think this through and try to make it look like something presentable.

I originally set it up to show potential employers I could at least do simple HTML; at present, I'm not looking for a job since I'm doing okay at my current employer, Film House. Film House also has a spin-off dot-com company, Ascendant Media, which is currently best known for its EZsweeps sweepstakes site.

I really think of my MP3.com site as my main website anymore, with this site being an adjunct where I have a little bit more flexibility. However, freshening this site always comes down to how much time I have to devote to it.

The most fun thing going on with my music right now is doing tunes to accompany the unfolding story at the on-line manga called Megatokyo. The guys who create it seem not to mind, so my plan is to do enough music to make a CD and sell it through MP3.com. When Megatokyo's Largo mentioned the first of the tunes I'd done, traffic at my music site went through the roof! It was very exciting to have that many people coming to hear my music.

Short-term plans for this site include a few pictures of chickens my spouse took recently on her trip down the Amazon river. Yes! Amazonian chickens! I know you can't wait!
