Hurricane Katrina Relief Effort

John & David Carden
9/16-19/2005

Side view truck packed for trip down On Friday, September 16, David and I are about ready to leave for Mandeville, LA with a load of relief supplies. Jeff was kind enough to loan us his truck and when it got to the house it was already loaded with boxes of things that were needed in Louisianna. We managed to re-arrange things enough to get the boxes we had packed and our luggage on board. All we lacked was picking up Vinny at David Lipscomb and we were ready to go.
Destination Mandevilla, LA Ken and two friends from church had already left the St. Loius area.
Our destination was the Tammany Oaks Church of Christ building in Mandeville, LA.
